1. Water

Whichever skin type you are having, water is the key element for healthy and glowing skin. Drinking good amount of water, removes toxic particles from our body which makes our blood clean and it circulates properly. Drinking warm water is the best thing and important thing which one can do. Try to drink as much water you can so that you will be hydrated throughout the day and work with a great energy. For awesome result, as soon as you wake up take a glass of warm water and squeeze lemon in it and drink it. Just add this tip in your daily life and you will see amazing results. For those whom lemon doesn’t suits, you can use honey instead of lemon.

2. Face Wash

Different types of face wash are available in market for different skin types. You have to choose among them the best which suits your face and is showing positive changes. Don’t buy products with much chemicals involved in them because they will make your skin weak and dull. Choose your products wisely and properly.

3. Exfoliating

Those with oily and combination skin should exfoliate their skin 2-3 times a week with the products having natural ingredients in it because exfoliating is a hard process which removes dead cells and dirt from our skin by opening the blocked pores.

6. Avoid Eating Spicy Food

Whether you are having dry skin, oily skin, sensitive skin or combination skin, try to avoid spicy food on regular basis. Also try to not eat sugar in large quantity. And leave the habit of consuming coffee regularly. Coffee is not good at all for body if you are consuming it on daily basis. 10. Bathing

Try to have a regular bath irrespective of your skin type. Follow the method which we will tell you to wash your face. First wash your face with warm water so that your skin pores will open up. Then use a face wash which is gentle on your skin and massage it for approximately 2 minutes. Then wash your face with normal / cold water so that after your pores are cleaned from inside they can be locked and avoid any dust or bacteria.
